At the Info Center, you can receive:

  • Details about general and special class inpatient stays
  • Information about outpatient treatments
  • Cost estimates for planned treatments
  • Confirmation of hospital stays
  • Copies of documents from your medical records

Here you can find all the information you need to reach the hospital – whether you're coming by public transport or car – as well as details about parking options and fees.

Appointments can generally only be made with a referral from a specialist, directly through the responsible clinic. Some outpatient departments also accept appointments without a referral.
