Yes. The Information Center of University Hospital Graz is located at Auenbruggerplatz 2, just at the top of the stairs from Riesplatz.
At the Info Center, you can receive:

- Details about general and special class inpatient stays
- Information about outpatient treatments
- Cost estimates for planned treatments
- Confirmation of hospital stays
- Copies of documents from your medical records
Here you can find all the information you need to reach the hospital – whether you're coming by public transport or car – as well as details about parking options and fees.
Appointments can generally only be made with a referral from a specialist, directly through the responsible clinic. Some outpatient departments also accept appointments without a referral.

Medical records can only be requested in written form through the InfoCenter. Please note that a processing fee applies.
